  • I see that my giftbox with be send Tracked 48 with email notifications can I have those send to me and not the recipient?
    Of course! All notifications will be sent to the email address and phone number you enter at checkout. We recommend you leave your own details, and get in touch with the recipient yourself if need be to let them know a parcel will be arriving, so that the gift remains a lovely surprise.
  • I want to order multiple gift boxes, how do I go about doing that?
    First of all, thank you so much for ordering multiple gift boxes!!! If you are wanting the giftboxes delivered to one address you can place them in one order. If you would like them to go to multiple address, please can you order the gift boxes in seperate orders.
  • How long will it take for my Gift Box to shipped?
    Gift Boxes are shipped within 3-4 days of an order being placed. But please be advised in some circustances this won't be the case, tho i will try my best. Thank you for your understanding. Gift boxes are sent Tracked 48 with notifications for the recipients by email. Orders placed on the friday and the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. ​ If you would like your Gift box(es) sooner or send signed please give us an email before placing your order and we can accommodate. These postages with need to be paid for by yourself. ​
  • I've accidently supplied incorrect information can you change it?
    We will do our best to accommodate if we have not already sent your order out. Please get in touch with us by email at sapphireboxgifts@hotmail.com and we'll do everything we can to help.
  • Do you do Corporate / Clients gift boxes?
    Yes we do, please see out Corporate and Client page using the heading menu bar at the top.
  • I am having trouble with my order?
    No problem, please email us at sapphireboxgifts@hotmail.com and we shall aim to responsed swiftly and be happy to help you.
  • Can you include a personalised note with my gift?
    Yes of course you can! Please fill out the box on the right hand side when picking your gift box. This message will be hand written and placed inside your gift box.
  • Can I get my giftbox delivered directly to me?
    Yes of course, please enter in your address and email details and we shall ship your gift box directly to you.
  • My giftbox is a gift, will there be any receipts or price tags?
    We never include receipts or inventory / packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift. In terms of prices, we don’t alter any of our products by removing tags or crossing out labels – we want to keep the packaging beautiful and intact – but many of our products don’t have price tags in the first place, and when they do, they are small and subtle.
  • Where do you deliver?
    To the UK only at the moment
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us within 24 hours by emailing us at sapphireboxgifts@hotmail.com
  • Can I add a gift item to a pre-curated gift box?
    Absolutely! (as long as it will fit) Please email us before ordering the giftbox at sapphireboxgifts@hotmail.com and we can arrange for an extra item to be added at cost.
  • Can I order my giftbox to do directly to the recipient?
    Yes of course! We do not include any receipt slips in the giftbox or packaging. Please just enter the recipient's delivery details in the shipping address section when you checkout.
  • Do you do returns or exchanges?
    We try our up most to send our giftboxes packaged perfectly but in the event that one of our giftboxes doesn't reach you in perfect order please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we have the opportunity to make it right for you! You can reach us via email at sapphireboxgifts@hotmail.com. Please include your order number, description of your problem and any photos you may have to help us help you. ​ Please note we will only accept returns or exchange on damaged items or gift boxes with missing parts, or Items not in their original condition for reasons due to manufacturer’s error. Also items that are not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase. ​
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping is £2.35 for each parcel. If you would like your Gift box(es) sooner then Tracked 48h or send signed please give us an email before placing your order and we can accommodate. These postages will need to be paid for by yourself.
