Personalisation Gift Box Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:

All orders made Monday - Friday are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

Orders placed on the friday and/or weekend will be dispatched on Monday. .

If you would like your Gift box(es) sooner or send signed please give me an email (sapphireboxgifts@hotmail.com) before placing your order and I can accommodate. These postages will need to be paid for by yourself.

Shipping Methods:

Gift boxes sent by Royal Mail.

All gift box are sent Tracked 24h with notifications for the recipients by email and text message.

We currently ship anywhere in the UK, we don't ship internationally

The shipping costs are FREE DELIVERY . If you would like your gift box signed as well as tracket an additional amount woth be added. You will need to pay extra.

If for whatever reason, Royal Mail fail to meet their guided timelines, I won't be able to issue a refund.However, I will make every effort to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Tracking Information:

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided, allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real-time.

 

Delayed Orders:

In an unforeseen event, that an order is delayed by Royal Mail, I will try my best to reslove any issue I can, but unfortunatley I cannot take responsiblity over delays caused by the courier.

Delivery Address:

Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. I am not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Order Changes:

If you require any changes to your order please can you email us at: sapphireboxgifts@hotmail.com . We will do our best to accommodate, but please bear in mind if a gift box has been dispatched there is nothing we can do.

Special Requests:

If you have any special requests regarding delivery, please get in touch with me before placing your order and we will try our best to help.

Lost Gift Box:

In the event of a lost or stolen package, please contact us immediately, and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I make every effort to ensure that our gift boxes are impeccably packaged. However, should you receive one that doesn't meet your expectations, kindly notify me within 48 hours of delivery. This allows me the opportunity to address and rectify any concerns promptly. Reach out to us via email at sapphireboxgifts@hotmail.com, including your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any accompanying photos to assist in our resolution.

Please be aware that I can only accept returns or exchanges for damaged items, gift boxes with missing parts, or items not in their original condition due to manufacturer's error. Additionally, returns or exchanges are applicable for items not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you require to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours and please email us at sapphireboxgifts@hotmail.com and we will do our best. Once a gift box has been dispatched we wont be able to cancel the order.

GIFT BOX PERSONALISATION POLICY

At Sapphire Box Gifts, the personalisation for each gift box is unique. The personalisation will be the initals of the recipient.

Each gift box personalisation is handcrafted within house. The only personalisation that is done is what is input within the personalisation box. PLEASE CHECK BEFORE SUBMITTING AS IT CANNOT BE CHANGED.

This personalization service is optional, and customers have the freedom to choose whether they would like to include the initals on the gift box.
 
Personalisation to the designated area will be to the top lid at bottom right corner of the box.
 
Requests for additional personalization, such as altering the design, adding extra elements, or modifying the box's structure, cannot be accommodated at this time.
